REFUND POLICY

We have a 30 day Return Policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need to submit proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Customized and personalized items such as t shirts, hoodies mugs or engraveable jewelry as these are made to order, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We want all of you to be happy with your purchases. Please ensure that you are selecting and ordering the the correct item(s) at all times. We do empathize as we know that mistakes do happen. We will gladly do exchanges or offer store credits. However if items are damaged and is deemed to be our fault, we will be more than happy to issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
