I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

For orders shipped from within the United States, some orders are shipped within hours of receipt of the order. Generally for orders shipped from within the United States, please allow 1 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to be shipped out. For orders from outside of the United States, it may take up to 5 - 10 days of processing and production time  before the item is shipped.

 

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

US orders will be shipped via USPS and FEDEX and International Orders  will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States from the domestic warehouse: 2 - 7  Business days. Average transit times to the United States from International warehouses 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International destinations: 14 - 20 days.

There are circumstances that are out of our control. Sadly we are still affected by residual effects from the global pandemic as per shipping speeds. .Other circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, weather may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product  may be shipped from domestic suppliers or from across the globe as our research team spends time to source quality yet affordable products. Your multiple item orders will arrive in multiple packaging and at different times as they may come from different suppliers.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

Our returns last until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered for damaged or faulty goods. If you are unhappy with your order or if you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at hello@myapplemoss.com and we will be happy to assist you.

For any item being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of  shipping the item to us unless the reason for the return is our error.

All items must be in the condition in which it was received.
